Attached is a report on Management Review of HKUST which contains the key findings and recommendations of the UGC Review Panel following their visit to the University in April 1998. It is the outcome of a thorough and comprehensive study, and the University has drawn encouragement from the Report.
The Report contains some observations and suggestions for improvement and the University will give careful attention to these in its planning of the next stage of development.
